This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. But don't worry, our customer service is here to help you.

Our artwork prints are produced in 23 Countries : Sweden, Belgium, Germany, New Zealand, China, Brazil, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Canada, India, France, the United States, South Korea, Ireland, Spain, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Mexico, Italy, the United Kingdom, Netherland, and Australia. Our supplier picks the best and nearest production center for your order, ensuring fast, reliable and quality service. Your order is sent at the nearest center, but if needed, the supplier will use its global network to make sure you get your product quickly, even if stock is low.

Production Time

Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. That being said, it is important to note that the exact fulfillment timeframe can differ from order to order.

Print Quality

Colors may vary between different screens and the printed result, depending on your screen calibration. artleejisun.shop assumes no responsibility for the varying results between the screen and the actual print.

Packaging

Different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to.
Our supplier’s standard packaging for posters is :

• Flat for posters up to A4
• Tube for posters above A4

Some exceptions are:

• Mailing tubes in the following countries: DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT
• Triangular/rectangular tubes in the US, Canada and Brazil

Delivery & shipping
After an item is shipped, things have movedbeyond our control. Shipping (particularly for international orders) is affected by many outside influences. If you’d like an update on your order, please contact the shipping company with your order number or use a tracking number or link.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are free for any destination.

Cancelation

You’re free to cancel an order anytime before items have been created. If a cancelation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancelation is possible.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy a poster with a design on artleejisun.shop, you can also cancel any order, including any product, within 14 days as long as it has not yet been printed.

Refunds

We are happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This could be due to manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes or the order arriving with clear and demonstrable damage. To do this, please provide photographic evidence of the item being in poor condition. In the event of a damaged product or manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 7 days of the product being delivered.

Returns

We do not require customers to return items. Photographic evidence will be sufficient for any discussion.

If you change your mind

If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size or with other obvious errors, we will be happy to work with you to find a solution. However, if a customer simply changes their mind about a sale, it is unlikely that a refund, exchange or other special treatment will be offered.

Warranty & reclaim

Our products are subject to the warranties that manufacturers or suppliers offer us. The customer cannot invoke any additional product warranty. You always have the right to pack the goods and check the function and finish. If a defect in a product is detected and you wish to make a return, the defect must be reported within 14 days. For defects that occur after delivery, artleejisun.shop cannot be held liable. Defect reports must be sent by email to:

A written complaint must
contain the order number and the reason for the complaint, and if the product is damaged, documentation of this damage. If approved by artleejisun.shop, the return of the reported defective product will be paid by artleejisun.shop.
